Yara is currently driving the implementation of the SAP AI use cases governance framework at VINCI Energies, ensuring alignment internally across VESI directions, business objectives, technical requirements, and AI costs follow-up. Her team supports the identification, assessment, and deployment of SAP AI use cases while establishing a structured approach to scaling AI adoption and costs across the organisation.
